A Needs Assessment - On appointment, our team will meet with you to discuss the entire project thoroughly. Then, we will compile a comprehensive Needs Assessment to gain a precise understanding of what is required.

Scope Documentation - A list of items required will be prepared, organised by room, level and/or floor. You will then indicate priorities for rooms or areas and this will form the Production Pack.

After you’ve made your selections, and the Production Pack has been confirmed, our team of agents will set to work. Leveraging our extensive supplier network, we find the best furniture and materials to meet your specifications.

Whether off-the-shelf or custom-made, we secure the ideal options for your project. We will promptly provide quotes, options, and all relevant information for you to confidently make your furniture selection

Once selections are made, Earth Craft Trading agents will negotiate contracts with the factories on your behalf, ensuring that your furniture is promptly booked for production.

We oversee the entire production process, from initial development to quality checks at every stage.

For transparency and your peace of mind, we provide photographs at each quality check stage so you can be assured that the highest quality standards are in place and that production is on schedule.

Once work is completed, we will rigorously inspect the items at the factory, checking measurements and finishes against the original specifications. These checks, along with detailed videos and photographs, will be provided to you for your approval. You will be heavily involved in this process as no item will be packed for shipping without your final sign-off.

International shipping is the final stage of the process and an area in which we have considerable expertise.
